Meditation Club: Deepen Your Practice, Together
THIS IS THE COMMUNITY YOU’VE BEEN LOOKING FOR.
Meditation can be deeply personal, but your practice doesn’t have to happen alone.
Meditation Club at The Quantum I is a welcoming meditation community in Bentonville, Arkansas, created for people who want a consistent place to practice, explore consciousness, support their well-being, and connect with others who value the same things.
Whether you're completely new to meditation, returning to a practice you've struggled to maintain, or already have an established practice and simply want a dedicated space to deepen it, you belong here.
For just $20 per month, members receive unlimited access to weekday meditation sessions at The Quantum I — while also helping support a physical community space where people throughout Northwest Arkansas can gather to explore meditation, consciousness, personal growth, and connection.
Come for the meditation. Become part of the community.
More Than a Meditation Membership
Meditation Club was created around a simple idea:
When people have a place to show up consistently, practice becomes easier — and community grows naturally around it.
You don't have to attend a networking event. You don't have to make conversation. You don't even have to meditate the same way as the person sitting next to you.
You simply arrive.
You practice together.
And over time, familiar faces become community.
That shared rhythm creates something that can be difficult to find when meditation happens exclusively through an app, video, or individual home practice.
Practice individually. Grow together.
Each Meditation Club session gives you space for your own internal experience while allowing you to practice alongside other people doing the same.
There is meaningful connection here without the pressure of making meditation a social activity.
Stay afterward and talk with other members if you'd like.
Or quietly head back into your day.
Both are equally welcome.
Your Membership Helps Keep Community Possible
Your $20 monthly membership supports more than your own meditation practice.
It helps maintain The Quantum I as a physical home for a growing community of people interested in meditation, consciousness exploration, expanded awareness, personal development, and meaningful human connection.
Independent community spaces exist because people choose to support them.
Meditation Club makes that support accessible.
Instead of relying only on people attending occasional workshops or special events, the community can collectively help sustain a place where experiences like meditation groups, consciousness workshops, Monroe Institute programs, Community Day, Contact Modalities, healing gatherings, and other programs can continue to happen.
Your membership supports your practice.
Your participation supports the community.
Together, we support the space that makes both possible.
What Is a Meditation Club Session Like?
Meditation Club sessions are 30-minute structured, primarily unguided meditation experiences.
Rather than following a different guided meditation every day, each session follows a familiar rhythm so you can develop consistency while still allowing your own meditation practice to evolve.
When you arrive, an experienced facilitator will help open the session with a brief focus or intention.
You'll then move into approximately 20 minutes of quiet internal practice supported by immersive ambient audio, including experiences utilizing Monroe Institute's Monroe Sound Science.
The session gradually closes, giving you a moment to return, integrate, and continue with your day.
The basic rhythm:
Arrive → Settle → Focus → Explore → Return
There is no expectation that everyone in the room will have the same experience.
You might focus on your breath.
You might practice mindfulness.
You might explore awareness.
You might use the time for visualization, self-inquiry, consciousness exploration, or simply becoming quiet.
The structure holds the space.
What happens inside that space belongs to you.
Why Practice Meditation With Other People?
Meditation is often presented as something we should somehow become disciplined enough to maintain alone.
In reality, consistency is easier when there is somewhere to go.
A scheduled session gives your practice a time.
A dedicated meditation space gives it a place.
A community gives you a reason to keep showing up.
And practicing alongside other people can create a very different experience from opening an app alone at home.
Meditation Club gives you the freedom of an individual practice with the support and accountability of a shared one.
Find Your People
Some people join Meditation Club because they want to reduce stress.
Some want to develop a consistent mindfulness practice.
Some are curious about consciousness.
Some want a place to explore their inner experience without needing to subscribe to a particular spiritual philosophy.
And some simply want to meet people who are interested in more meaningful things.
You do not need a particular belief system.
You do not need meditation experience.
You do not need to consider yourself spiritual.
Curiosity is enough.
The Quantum I welcomes people who approach consciousness from spiritual, philosophical, experiential, psychological, scientific, or simply curious perspectives.
Meditation Is Better Together
Meditation Club can also become something you share.
Come with a friend.
Create a weekly ritual with your partner.
Bring members of your family.
Instead of another evening spent scrolling, watching television, or trying to decide what to do together, you can spend thirty minutes slowing down, becoming present, and sharing an experience that supports everyone individually.
You don't have to interact during meditation to experience something together.
Sometimes simply sitting beside someone you care about in silence can be meaningful.

New to Meditation? You Are Welcome Here.
You do not have to know how to meditate before joining Meditation Club.
In fact, one of the reasons the structure exists is to make meditation easier to begin.
You'll be shown the basic rhythm of the session, and then you're free to explore your practice gradually.
There is no test.
There is no expectation of having a particular experience.
And there is no requirement to stop thinking.
Learning to work with attention, awareness, thoughts, emotions, and stillness is part of the practice.
Already Meditate?
Meditation Club isn't only for beginners.
If you've already developed a meditation practice, the structured-but-unguided format gives you something many traditional meditation classes do not:
space to practice your own method.
Instead of being required to follow a new guided meditation each time, you can use the environment and community structure to deepen the practice you already have.

A Place to Practice. A Community to Belong To.
There are plenty of ways to meditate alone.
Meditation Club exists because sometimes what we need isn't another meditation recording.
We need somewhere to go.
Somewhere that makes it easier to show up.
Somewhere filled with people who are asking meaningful questions, exploring themselves, and making space for something beyond the constant demands of everyday life.
Somewhere you can walk through the door and know:
These are my people.
For $20 per month, Meditation Club gives you unlimited access to weekday meditation while helping preserve something increasingly rare:
a real, physical place for community.
Deepen your practice. Find your community. Help keep the space available for everyone.
