Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®), developed by Dolores Cannon, is a gentle method of hypnosis that guides you into a deep state of relaxation where you can access expanded levels of awareness and insight. In this naturally occurring state, many people are able to connect with memories, perspectives, and information that help bring greater understanding to current life challenges, relationships, physical symptoms, emotions, and recurring patterns.

Every session is unique and unfolds according to what is most meaningful and beneficial for you. Rather than providing answers from the outside, QHHT creates an opportunity to access your own inner wisdom and experience the guidance that already exists within you.

What to Expect

Sessions are approximately 4–5 hours and include:

• A relaxed conversation to explore your intentions, life experiences, and the questions you would like to ask.

• A guided hypnosis experience designed to bring you into a comfortable, deeply relaxed state.

• Exploration of memories, images, symbols, or experiences that arise during the session.

• Communication with the higher aspect of your consciousness to seek insight, clarity, and understanding around your questions.

• A personalized audio recording of your hypnosis session to listen to afterward, allowing you to continue integrating the experience.

People seek QHHT sessions for many reasons, including spiritual growth, self-discovery, understanding life patterns, exploring past-life experiences, gaining clarity around relationships or purpose, and supporting emotional or physical well-being. Each experience is unique, and there are no expectations regarding what you "should" experience.

As I continue my journey toward Level 2 QHHT certification, I am currently offering a limited number of sessions on a name-your-own-price basis. This allows me to continue building session hours while making this transformative experience more accessible to those who feel called to explore it.

Practitioners typically charge $100 per hour for this 4-5 hour session. For a VERY limited time,  there is no set fee for these sessions. Instead, I invite you to contribute an amount that feels aligned and meaningful for you. Whether you are curious about QHHT, seeking greater clarity, or simply feel drawn to the experience, this is an opportunity to receive a full QHHT session in a supportive and welcoming environment while helping me advance toward the next level of certification.
