Active Presence is a hybrid class combining meditation and breath work designed to help dissolve anxiety and enhance your focus.
Through mindful breathing and calming meditation techniques, you’ll cultivate a deep sense of grounding and presence, allowing you to feel more centered and balanced in your daily life. This class supports your mental calmness and clarity, making it easier to navigate the day with kindness and awareness.
Class duration: 30-40 mins
Dress: comfortable, loose fitting clothing; socks recommended
Equipment: We provide a standard zafu and zabuton meditation cushion set for each participant. Small support cushions and blankets are available to enhance your comfort if needed.
(If you prefer, folding chairs are also available.)
