Where Can I Attend a Monroe Institute Program in Arkansas?
You can attend official Monroe Institute regional programs at The Quantum I in Bentonville, Arkansas, located in Northwest Arkansas.
The Quantum I is a consciousness exploration center and Monroe Institute affiliate offering opportunities to experience Monroe Institute methods, audio technology, and consciousness practices without traveling to the Institute's residential campus in Virginia.
Programs are facilitated by certified Monroe Institute Outreach Trainers, including The Quantum I founder Holly Vernon.
Exploring Consciousness in Bentonville
One of the primary Monroe Institute programs offered at The Quantum I is Exploring Consciousness, a two-day experiential workshop based on the first two days of Monroe Institute's five-day Gateway Voyage residential program. Monroe describes the workshop as an opportunity to experience expanded states of awareness while learning practical consciousness tools and techniques.
The workshop introduces participants to states Robert Monroe designated Focus 10 and Focus 12, using structured exercises and Monroe audio technology to support direct experience.
Rather than simply learning about consciousness intellectually, participants have repeated opportunities to explore changes in awareness for themselves.
No previous Monroe Institute experience is required.

What Else Can I Explore?
The Quantum I also hosts consciousness experiences related to meditation, out-of-body exploration, lucid dreaming, intuition, Monroe practices, and other expanded states of awareness.
For people who have already completed Monroe Institute programs—or who simply want to connect with others interested in this work—The Quantum I is also home to the Northwest Arkansas Monroe Institute Community Group.
The group gathers for Monroe meditation exercises, discussion, shared exploration, and community.
