This is a practice space. You don’t need experience—just willingness.
Before a Session
Arrive 5–10 minutes early when possible.
This helps you transition from your day into your body. Seats are available in the Quiet Zone (waiting area) before the session to help you get settled in.
Set yourself up for comfort:

Choose a cushion/seat option that feels stable

Use extra support pillows or blankets if needed

Sitting in a chair is always welcome
- Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing.
Keep your phone silent and put away.
This supports your focus and the group field. If possible, it's best to leave your phone in the car or outside of the meditation studio.
