This 30-minute breathwork meditation is a guided experience designed to help calm the nervous system, clear mental clutter, and bring the body back into balance. Through simple, intentional breathing patterns, participants are supported in releasing tension, increasing awareness, and reconnecting with a steady, grounded state.
This session is open to everyone and requires no prior experience.
Whether you’re feeling stressed, curious, or simply in need of a pause, you’re invited to come as you are and leave feeling more centered, present, and at ease.
Class duration: 30 mins
Dress: comfortable, loose fitting clothing; socks recommended
Equipment: We provide a standard zafu and zabuton meditation cushion set for each participant. Small support cushions and blankets are available to enhance your comfort if needed.
(If you prefer, folding chairs are also available.)
