This focused session introduces you to the fundamentals of lucid dreaming and equips you with practical tools to begin your own practice. Whether you're curious about expanding your consciousness or seeking a new avenue for personal growth, this class offers a supportive entry point into this transformative skill.

Class duration: 60 mins
Dress: comfortable, loose fitting clothing; socks recommended
Equipment: We provide a standard zafu and zabuton meditation cushion set for each participant. Small support cushions and blankets are available to enhance your comfort if needed.
