A quiet group session intentionally designed for people who don’t need more information — just space for clarity to surface.
Quiet Clarity is a lightly structured, mostly silent session created for those who are navigating decisions, transitions, or a sense that something is already clear but not yet named.
There is no guided meditation, group discussion, or emotional processing. We sit together in stillness, with minimal framing and no pressure to share. A brief introduction is given at the start and the remainder of the session is uninterrupted.
This session is not focused on fixing, healing, or figuring anything out. It is simply a deliberate, contained space where clarity is allowed to settle on its own.
Quiet Clarity is offered in a small group setting, with attention given to simplicity and depth of experience.
Duration: 30 minutes
Dress: comfortable, loose fitting clothing; socks recommended
Equipment: We provide a standard zafu and zabuton meditation cushion set for each participant. Small support cushions and blankets are available to enhance your comfort if needed.
(If you prefer, folding chairs are also available.)
