Mind-Body Movement

This guided, seated meditation uses gentle upper-body movement and light breathwork to encourage natural energy flow through the spine and upper centers of the body. Subtle movements of the shoulders, arms, neck, and torso are woven into the meditation to help release holding patterns and support the safe, organic awakening of inner vitality.

This practice emphasizes awareness, relaxation, and presence, allowing energy to rise and circulate in its own timing. Breath is used lightly, as a supportive anchor, helping the nervous system stay calm and receptive as attention moves inward.

This class is well-suited for those curious about energy awareness, kundalini-informed practices, or embodied meditation, as well as anyone seeking a deeper internal connection through stillness with movement.

Duration: 30 mins

Dress: comfortable, loose fitting clothing; socks recommended  

Equipment: We provide a standard zafu and zabuton meditation cushion set for each participant. Small support cushions and blankets are available to enhance your comfort if needed.  

(If you prefer, folding chairs are also available.)
