Orientation Session - NWA Monroe Institute Community Group

Please note this is an orientation session for those new to or curious about the Monroe Institute. Holly Vernon, a Monroe Institute outreach trainee and local community group leader will be presenting a high level perspective of the institute's methodologies followed by a sample meditation exercise and optional group debrief.

The NWA Monroe Community Group connects Monroe Institute program graduates and consciousness explorers in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Led by dedicated volunteers, this independent community offers ongoing integration support as members apply their Monroe Institute experiences to everyday life.

This group gathers locally to explore Hemi-Sync® and Monroe Sound Science audio exercises, share insights with fellow seekers, and deepen your understanding of consciousness and personal transformation.

Whether you're continuing your journey or discovering the Monroe Institute for the first time, this group provides meaningful connection and a safe space for exploration.
