This six-week structured meditation program is designed for those who feel called to explore consciousness more directly—whether through heightened awareness, intuitive development, or practices that support lucid dreaming and out-of-body experiences.

At its foundation, the program trains your ability to stabilize attention and regulate your nervous system—not as an end in itself, but as the essential groundwork for accessing and sustaining expanded states of awareness. Many people attempt to explore these states without realizing that internal instability—mental, emotional, or physical—can limit both depth and consistency of experience. This program addresses that directly.

The Coherence Standard provides a structured, experiential path to becoming aware of, and working within, your subtle body. Through guided practice, you begin to recognize how attention, sensation, and awareness interact, and how refining this relationship allows for greater clarity, perception, and control within non-ordinary states.

Over six weeks, the program unfolds in a progressive sequence. Each session introduces a focused practice that builds on the last, allowing your system to learn through direct experience and repetition. Participants move from simply noticing internal patterns to stabilizing attention, refining perception, and maintaining coherence across different states of awareness.

This work aligns naturally with and prepares the system for methodologies used by institutions such as the Monroe Institute. Whether your intention is to deepen meditation, explore lucid dreaming, develop intuitive sensitivity, or build a reliable foundation for out-of-body exploration, the skills developed here are directly transferable.

Participants are supported with clear, structured journaling and integration exercises designed to strengthen awareness between sessions. These practices are simple, grounded, and highly practical; ensuring that expanded awareness is not just experienced, but embodied and accessible in daily life.

Facilitators at the quantum i are trained to guide meditation practices that create the conditions for people to reconnect with their own inner clarity. Rather than offering answers or beliefs, our team focuses on structure, pacing, and a calm environment that supports direct experience. The practice invites each person to recognize their own truth, in their own way.

Is this a meditation program?
Yes, though it may feel different from meditation styles that focus on relaxation or visualization. The practices are guided and quiet, with an emphasis on awareness, steadiness, and nervous system regulation.

How is the six-week experience structured?
Each week builds gently on the previous one. Early sessions focus on awareness and stability. Later sessions work with attention, emotional response, identity, follow-through, and returning when you drift. The pacing is steady rather than intensive.

Do I need prior meditation experience?
No. The program is accessible for beginners and still meaningful for those with an established practice. Everything is guided and clearly explained.

What is the difference between group and private formats?
The material is the same in all formats. Group experiences offer shared presence in a small, contained setting. Private sessions allow for more individualized pacing and support. Pricing reflects the format, not different content.

What are the journaling exercises like?
They are structured prompts designed to support clarity and integration. This is not expressive or emotional journaling, but a simple way to track patterns and reinforce what is being practiced.

What kind of changes do people usually notice?
Most people describe feeling steadier, less internally rushed, and more able to return to calm when something throws them off. The changes tend to be subtle but lasting, rather than dramatic.

Are payment plans available?
Yes. Through the checkout process you will have an option for Shop Pay. Shop Pay offers installment payments. That can be made on a schedule and allows you to get access to the programs today.

Is Reschedule or Cancellation possible?
Yes. For all Programs, Cancellation is possible up to 7 days in advance for a full refund or program credit. Rescheduling an individual session can be done with flexibility up to 48 hours in advance.

What if I can't make it to a group session?
Rescheduling Group sessions is not possible however,  If you must miss a session, you have an option to schedule a private session to cover the material however, please note that private sessions incur an hourly fee. 

Are the online sessions recorded in case I can't make it to one?
No. Sessions are conducted live and for your privacy, they are never recorded. If you must miss a session, you have an option to schedule a private session to cover the material however, please note that private sessions incur an hourly fee.
